Ahaha, seriously, it's not a bad catch at all. For one, you probably have the only dive ball Flygon on here that's nigh flawless. Two, hardly anyone runs a mixed set so you definitely can feign a scarf for the most likely switch and hurt something :) Three...it's a beautiful ^^

Oh wow...it sucks that Flygon is base speed 100 or else it really might work for a mixed set. Almost any other base speed would've worked, haha. I would like to see it, but the amount of time for that capture wouldn't be worth it for anything that's not 31 speed imo.

Alternatively...you "can" ask Christian or maybe even Viletung to possibly borrow their adamant or jolly spread? XD I know Christian abuses for credits and Viletung is, methinks, the only one on here with a flawless Flygon capture (Quick Ball and not Dive though :/)

You set your ds time to 23:59:00 hurry and talk to the girl when it's 00:00
If she tell you your desired pkmn is on a route go to the route if not then you will have to save then set you clock back until you get the pokemon.

Once you get to the route you should save and then rng as a normal cp but you will need an encounter slot of 0.

I haven't abuse a swarm yet but I know setting your time back to get the pokemon and saving in the route is true.

Go to Pandora's box with the PID for the spread you want, input the delay you got the save state. See if any come up, if none does switch the year around some.
Go to the seeds to time window, inputting the seed that was with your ID/SID choose a date, and RNG normally. You should come out with the desired ID/SID if you did it all correctly.

Okay, so I've kinda of tested a little bit, but I haven't tested it to see if I can actually hit my delay or not. But what I suggest doing is when starting a new game, when you're at the TV screen, get the same to go super slow, and when it's starting to fade away, pause it and make a save state.

So, I have 9 Memory's up to the point of where I can have it super slow.
I paused and save stated as the words came off, and the background was fading. Saving there will make your delay consistent.
In one of the memory windows I have a section highlighted, that is what you're going to be look at. You're going to want to slow it down enough to see it switch, grab the seed put it into RNG reporter, find the delay.

Dppt I don't really know how to ID/SID abuse on the comp just yet, but I have HGSS on the comp down like second nature. So I could help you through HGSS first, than when I test some Plat, I can help you with that too?

I meant it as like what game you're using. As the initial seeding is located in different places on the different languages for the games, so I wanted to make sure you weren't using the Jap, Korean, or any other language so that I could give you the correct info. Cuz I only have the Jap, Korean, and English initial seeding, and didn't know if I'd have to test it for you.

Es bueno que te haya salido al segundo intento, porque la primera vez que hice RNG a un catch, pensaba que no me salía el frame que quería, y ni siquiera me molestaba en atrapar el pokémon para ver que sí había caído en el frame correcto XD Lo que pasa es que saltaba al frame de Method 1 y pensaba que tenía que verse en la memoria el method K.
