ah ok thanks. I can then use the timer normally right? When I tried on my own earlier, I got multiple seeds. I have one more question, what should my reset time be? I chose 6/2/2010 (June, 2) The target time is 11:03:14.

Nope, I'm playing SS so I have Latios. However, I finally RNG'd it right (shiny 31/31/31/31/31/31) so I don't need to do it anymore. :)

Yeah, I think I'll do HP Electric Arcticuno. I'm not sure on the Moltres though. It's just...Moltres will benefit quite a bit from grass...electric really only benefits waters for Moltres, haha.

For wants, not really sure. Well most of them would be 5th gen. or 3rd gen. related like XD since I can RNG abuse just about anything in 4th gen.

One last thing, from Desmume you go to file->Export backup memory. That should give you the sav. file.
Not sure about NDS adaptor plus but for ARDSi, retail HGSS won't work. (Thank them for never making a firmware update) For the other games, use this converter: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=3917&d=1269701955 (Online converter sucks)
Drag the sav. file into ARDStoSAV and follow what it says, which is pretty much naming the file. (Name of the game is mostly important here, which is the first thing it will ask you for)
Then drag the new save (.DUC) file into the mircro SD->MY SAVES. Last on the ARDSi menu, you pick the save section, look for the save you want to put on the desired game, and it should start putting in the save file.
Specifically which type of information about saves do you want?? What are you trying to accomplish?
Saves for 4th gen or 5th gen?

I'm not actually sure on the ability, as I've only RNGed single-ability Pokémon so far. Check the RNG Research thread; I think WildEep (or someone) made a post detailing PID generation which also covers ability selection. -
