Reached 400% with these, should be faster if you have good PC.

And save after loading the pre shrink save state to prevent repeats of SIDs.
Oh, here's a trick to ease your work.
Your trainer ID and Secret ID are decided at different times, you can create a save state at the quote before your character shrink, and keep making save states from there, your ID will be same, but the SID will be different

Yeah, basically the reverse of saving a dmp. Keep in mind the second slot of your team will be replaced.
