Not a problem, I need two things though:
1. Do you know if it's Method 1 or K? I haven't RNG'd Latias before.
2. Do you want any specific Hidden Power ability?

I can do that, I just need the AR code for it. Let me see if I can find it online. Once I do find it, I'll get to work on it right away.
What do you need? Remember, it has to be a SS legend, and it can't be shiny because I don't have a shiny ID/SID combo.
Things to know:
1. ID/SID is decided by the seed when you hit "A" at the quote "I will see you again" or something like that, and your IDs are decided somewhere between your character shrinks and starting the game.
Its impossible to RNG the IDs in Emerald, as for DPPt HGSS... There's not much to be said, you just have to press A at the right delay and seconds where your ID is generated, need more instructions?
