    How about this:
    I want these 2 Ev trained:
    Clam non-shiny Regice: (desired IVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD)
    Shiny Timid Kyogre: (Desired IVs: 252 speed, 252 sp. attack, 4 HP)
    They're both freely distributable, so it's okay if you keep a copy of what you EV train.
    I'd be willing to trade you the shiny Regice upfront if you'd also EV train that for me and get me a copy of it - trading me all 3 for Swampert. Does this sound fair?
    1. Can you clone? (If you can clone, I can have you EV train the Regice and some others, then give me clones of them back - if you cannot clone, I can clone for you).
    2. I've got several pokemon I need EV trained. I'll get back to you on the EVs I want after we've settled on the # of guys you're EVing for me. Would you be willing to EV 3 guys for the 2 you want from me?
