Haha, I guess, but I think using surprise pokemon, also known as gimmicks, can be game-changing, especially for someone like me, who usually has standard sets. With a timid nature, you can have it Scarfed instead! I don't know what's going on in the 5th generation, but I'll worry about that later.

Yeah, but I need to transfer all my uber pokemon from my Diamond cart; at least it's only like 5 full boxes compared to about 10 and 15 in my other games -_- . I'm not sure; our grades haven't been released yet. If they take this long to grade scantrons and online tests, I would hope that means a potential curve is happening :) . How are things going in school? You still have class?

I never really got into it super competitively as I was a child and could barely understand my school. So, I never learned what the metagame as or any of that such.

I don't know, I have a cover picture, and I'm currently cutting out chibi forms of all 9 members (still looking for Seohyun's Genie chibi), than gluing (in a way) onto the front part of the binders covers.

Can I calibrate on Platinum by fishing for the Magikarps in the pond at the resort area? Im having problems finding lv 50+ Pokes....and you can find pretty high level karps here, and I have got an AR DSi yesterday and have no idea if it works the same as a regular AR. What I mean by that is, instead of the red start button it says boot this game with these codes and you press yes or no so im unsure if that will work when im calibrating because when I use that I get different delays ranging from 590-625 each time. I select yes to start the game with the IV check code and Fast hatch code just like I did with the regular AR when you press start on the new minute to start mashing A for the calibration.

I can't play Majora's Mask! I want to barf in fifteen minutes after getting lost in circles in that town. :-(

I hate that I get barfy so easily on these so called three D games. I've done better on Twilight Princess, but darn it, I hate when a game forces you to go in tight circles too much.

I'm looking at wikipedia. I'm pretty sure none of the DS/GBA Nintendo version games I played are on the list, therefore I've played none after FF6.

The FF numbering system has me lost at this point, so I don't know which game is twelve or 10. :-( I played FF tactics and there was this other one as well. I forget the name of it. Obviously, they didn't really stick with me like FF6 (with Locke in it, lol). Then I got totally sidetracked by a Fire Emblem game on the GBA and then by Gen 4 pokemon games. And there's Zelda. There's always Zelda.

Wow, I never got that good at the game. I sucked cuz I was always >12 when I played, so I didn't really have the capacity of doing extremely well. ^_^

I haven't played it in so long, I've forgotten a lot of it. :-( I remember the big cave, sort of. Definitely remember flying ship and Sid. There's always a Sid. Somehow.

xD! I did it to beat the game, but yeah. To unlock all the cards, but sometimes I go back and play and actually do decent, I don't even remember what kind of a deck I use. xD! Just some crap I made up. :P

Well, I kinda like Kain and Rose too. My son just corrected me about the numbering. FF4 is FF2 on SNES, and yeah, I've played it on SNES too. I do like that game.

Oh, dear. Could I have the wrong game? On SNES, the one with Terra and Locke is called FF4. :-(

I still play the Gameboy Color game from time to time, it's hella fun playing against Joey and blowing him up with Exodia :P
I also play the DS game from time to time, I find it fun when I want to play a card type game without the legit cards, so I find that fun (plus I can use codes to never lose bwhahahahaha! :P).

Oh, sorry. I meant PS1, lol. My mistake. I think one thing and my fingers do whatever.

I like FF4 the most so far. Awesome music and fairly decent story. I do have some FF games on the GBA and maybe the DS, but they didn't really stick to me that much, not like FF4.

LOL. Definitely there's a PS1 version. I got a new disk on eBay. Here's a link to the version I bought that included ChronoTrigger.

I'm also going to look out for some rarities recommended by a gamer friend of my eldest, Xenogear.

The thing is, I don't have a diamond or Pearl save game with good shiny spreads xD, and I'm to lazy to ID abuse one.
Emulator abuse is worth it, using desmume with savestates has saved me a lot of time.

Yeah, Emerald is so easy to abuse on :P. On 4th gen I'm planing on catching a Careful shiny Ho-oh with a .sav from 7014gree and I can't really think of many other things I want to catch on the 4th gen :P. I'll probably think of stuff I want to catch some other time.
I've done a bit of radar abuse to overide encounter slots and I have to say that it's one of the most annoying and hardest forms of RNG abuse I've done :P. it's ok when It's a poke radar only Pokemon and you have the correct encounter slots for it but when you want a Pokemon that you don't have the slots for, it can be very time consuming and annoying :P

I bought a combo pack of FF4 (the one with Terra and Locke) which I have played and do have on SNES, but I want the PS3 version anyway and it comes with an updated verson of ChronoTrigger as well (also have it on SNES). And I bought ChronoCross, which I haven't played. And I bought a used copy of FF13 (PS3 game of course) and I will buy FF7 via download since collecting the disk is just too outrageous right now (starts at $50 and goes higher). I'll probably play ChronoTrigger over again before doing ChronoCross. I may shuffle the games about daily, lol. I haven't played the SNES games in a while since it's plugged into the older TV upstairs. I'd like to see the games on better quality television. I wonder if the downloaded versions were improved.

It's ok. His death has made our family closer, my mother is one of 9 children lol and she never really used to get along with one of her brothers very well but now they've sort of made up :).
I'm not really working on B/W stuff yet. I'm waiting for the english version. I'm trying to finish of all of my 4th gen captures and I'm working on a lot of Emerald Legends ;). I've got a few nice shiny spreads for method 1 Pokemon(stationary Pokemon :P).

Yeah.. I go there for trades because it's much less intimidating than trying to arrange them here. But there is much more activity here. I actually have people to talk to and threads to respond to.

Pretty much this and bulbagarden. I used to go on another, but I don't remember what it was. Don't always have wifi access, and I don't battle anyway so it's hard to do most things. I don't like trying to keep track of so many accounts either.

I'm pretty sure I read it on the box somewhere, but I know wikipedia has it listed as one of the backward compatible specs. Sucks that most can't do PS2 games.

It's ok, most people are like "what's a Nonno" :P. He was 90 and fell down the stairs in his house and had bleeding on the brain and fell again in hospital. I got to Victoria 5 hours before he died. He got his wish of not being left to die alone, my mother, my aunty and I were with him when he died. It was very hard for me to see him in that state because 2 months prior to his fall when I saw him last and he was really fit and healthy.

Well back in 1998 we moved to Western Australia but after 12 years my mother decided that she doesn't want to be here without any of our family so we're moving back to Victoria :D.

That is surprising. Never would've guessed the original one either. I've always been unsure of what to have my username be. Nothing ever seemed right, or if it did, I hated it 6 months later. This one is interesting though. I think I might keep it.

Btw, my username on bulbagarden is Zomgtortle, in case you ever wondered where the name of the timer came from. It's not my favorite name, but I couldn't think of anything else at the time and I needed to call it something before I uploaded it and this is a really long run-on sentence my teachers are crying right now.
