I think if we use it extensively only inconsistent octilerry that is broken alongside the other evo.
The prevo and smeargle is very weak and fragile and smeargle is far too unbulky for incos abuse. Bibarel homever has perfect(almost) coverage, Glalie has good bulk and movepool and octilerry is basically an if i have speed ill be OU last gen pokemon

So far i have used Toxic, Psychic and some other move in last slot instead of LIght Screen and its boss in right situation.
Also Toxic poisons espeon and xatu lol.
Try aromathraphy like bliss + mew. Its beastly

sad to say havent get it yet. I tend to mess with set and i just get back to home from living in(school activity that involve use going to usually less urban places to live there and experience their activity thing, directed by church or school. Might not exist on your country though) making my laddering time lower by significant amount and most of my time for experimenting (although 70 & my team use stall mew for god sake lol)

But with max HP and Def, priority WoW lets it take on almost any physical sweeper.
Not to mention priority Recover and priority Taunt.
I really want Sableye to be released. And Feraligatr. When I get to use them in OU and not suck........
