The pokemon that I have in mind is a clamperl with HP grass or a bulbasaur with HP ground and leaf storm. I don't have any parents that can breed a clamperl, but I think I have one for bulbasaur. Does it have to be male? How many credits did you want from my thread?

If you're RNGing for a shiny egg, calling Elm does NOT advance the frame so you can call him all you want; however, when you RNG for egg IVs the opposite is true, and so you will have to rely on other methods of advancing the frame, such as Youngster Joey. At that point you should aim for a target frame of 10+.

The moveset that I gave to smeargle is something that you can use to capture the rayqauza. If you're wondering what the Skill swap is for, It's for smeargle to use on Rayquaza so Smeargle's Own Tempo ability will keep rayquaza from getting confused if it every uses Outrage. :D -
