Just in general, I'm working on a picture right now that I was going to post. There is a lot of things I would need help on, though I assume most of these would go away after getting used to the process.
I would really like to know how to be able to have a change affect multiple layers so I don't have to go through the tedious task of blending colors on each different layer. Also, when I am using bucket full, a small ring of pixels comes up. It's annoying, but its less so after the smudge tool. Anything on that?

Not sure what size I'll make Sableye yet, I was gonna wait till someone else had done one since I don't even know what the uniform looks like. Not only was Horndrill11 vague I wish he had sent a mass PM instead of going around commenting on threads, much more efficient that way since then I actually know who else is doing this and what they're drawing. I've sent him a message saying as such. I've got loads of other things to work on in the meantime.
I got transferred to QC duty on amethyst..
