Oh man, you're right - those IVs are pretty unusable. I don't think I even want that Togepi. But if you want, I'll still give you a couple credits in my thread for the effort.

Hi ray, just to give you some tips, think you shouldn't put a Hardy of Lax Gastly on your thread, for instance. Hardy is neutral nature (who would want that on a Gengar) and Lax raises Defence but lowers Special Defence, doesn't make any sence on a Gengar too :p -
