I'd be glad to help. But before you ask anything, I recommend upgrading from paint. I'd recommend learning adobe photoshop or adobe illustrator. If you don't feel like buying those (because they're awfully pricey) or don't want to torrent/steal them, you can use GIMP (graphic image manipulation program). Google it.
