No, actually in the original rules it said that the pokes are to remain free even after the giveaway. I just wanted to emphasize it during the end of the giveaway, but it was always there.

You should really state that mattj's three pokemon are free in your list. If you don't wish to give them out for free, I suggest you take them off as they cannot be traded for profit.
