how about mantine with haze at least. I know it can learn hydro pump by leveling up and signal beam as a move tutor.
I'd review this link as it appears pidgey or chatot can learn featherdance by leveling up, then murkrow learns it as egg move (swablu as), then learns haze & pursuit by leveling up before breeding for swablu.
Farfetch'd seems limited. I have another idea instead:
male swablu, flawless, egg move: featherdance, haze, pursuit and teach it Roost (not a TM in 5th gen). I believe the chain used would be pidgey/chatot (featherdance) -> murkrow(haze,pursuit) -> swablu. Please confirm.

Do you understand how the missions work? If I download them, I complete them and get the wondercard to send to one of my games? So, with each mission downloaded, I can only receive one of event Pokemon from the game?
No, I don't, but I'm considering picking one up soon so that I can download the events before they are taken off the wifi.
