My theory is that for some reason, my Wifi has a hard time getting through to older DSes (old school or DS Lite) and tends to connect with DSi better. Not sure if this is the case or not. For the record, mine is a DS Lite.
Just as a side-note, out of curiosity, what kind of DS do you have?

Here's the thing...
Give the Tamato berry to the Tropius. That'll make it 100 EV's in Speed. Go for 252 Speed EV's again. Then do 6 HP EV's. Then finish off Attack...the EV's will max out at 510.
That's right, over 1 on Speed...thought of 251. But do 6 HP EV's...that way once you'd do the 508, you can have 510 EV's and get the Effort Ribbon.

You have 253 EV's left on Speed and 108 on Attack. So...2 more Starly for Speed and 6 EV's elsewhere after you do 252 in Attack.
