Doesn't have to be entirely different for each section. It's more likely that we'd all just have a different selection of Pokemon (although -Red- has a lot of mine).

Joint trade threads are pretty simple I think, never been in one though. Basically every person operating the thread reserves some posts for themselves, then the next, and so on. It'd be good if we were all on at different times or specialized in different things (i.e. -Red- is on a lot more at night and can EV train).

Not sure. I'd say Flareon but his speed sucks already, lol. Can't think of one.
Leafeon gets Swords Dance by level up, Eevee gets Baton Pass by level up. I usually use a flawless Ditto and some other Pokemon.
Everything except the neutral natures and Gentle/Lax. :P What are the IVs? If they aren't too great you could probably use it as a parent. That's what I do with Pokemon that have one-two bad IVs.
Doesn't need a Hidden Power, so just everything except Special Attack being decent. A slightly low Defense IV won't hurt too much since its base Defense is 130. :P
Jolly Leafeon with Swords Dance and Baton Pass? And Leaf Blade/Synthesis, but yeah.
Don't get what it would accomplish, haha. I don't play OU so I'm not too great with sets. If it were a lead then I wouldn't run Agility, but if it weren't a lead I wouldn't run a Focus Sash. Agility/Close Combat/Hidden Power Ice/ExtremeSpeed could make a good wallbreaker set though. All its other moves for wallbreaking are egg moves >_>
The Hidden Power on Mareep was 59, so not too great, haha. A lot of possibilities but I don't see a lot of Espeon or Leafeon around. Timid for Espeon, Jolly or Impish for Leafeon? Although Espeon could be difficult since you need HP Fire or Ground.
Nice Riolu, haha. I'd say keep just for the epic Hidden Power. Would work as a mixed sweeper. :>

I can almost RNG for IVs, I just need to calibrate my delay so I can hit one delay most of the time
HP is bad :S but I guess its workable.
