    Ludicolo is useless without rain, and there isn't anything that is gonna outspeed is when rain is active besides enemy ludicolos.

    I agree with requirements. As for amount of winners, that sounds fair. Also I asked aromaflora and timetwister if they would like to join. What do you think?

    Oh okay :D We can talk more about the giveaway as the week progresses. I'm actually thinking of sending dozer a copy of aromabomb to help distribute since I am still having wifi problems :(
