    Tank:
    Moves:
    Meteor Mash | Pursuit | Toxic | Earthquake/Protect
    Protect gives you free leftovers, and toxic damage. pursuit deals with foes that switch out.
    Meteor mash for STAB.
    EV Spread:
    100 HP | 80 Attack | 78 Defense | 252 Special Defense |
    This ensure a thunferbolt will always give metagross some JP left. All the time.
    Bulky, and a chance to increase attack with Meteor Mash.

    Metagross:
    My Analysis: to be a proper bulky tank/stall, he needs to have high defenses. (duh)
    Its special defense is very dismal. And it does not have good enough HP value to to fully utilize a substitute. At 364, metagross cuts its hp by 91.
    This is bad... So... Here is the EV set and Moveset i propose:

    A rest-talk set
    A tank set
    Anti lead tank

    Which do you prefer?
