The Pokemon's base stat total is 600 and it's not a legendary. Flygon's BST is 520 and Ononokus' BST is 540. Dragonite, Tyranitar, Metagross, Salamence, Garchomp and Sazandora are the pseudo-legendaries.

Oh, I should reiterate something you may have misunderstood; you may trade the duskull, it's just that it is semi-redis for you, non-redis for those you trade it to. Feel free to ask me if there's anything else you would like bred. (Oh, yeah, I also realized I did something extremely stupid; I could easily have nicknamed the Gligar on my cart, have it traded over, clones traded back and re-nicknamed. My bad).
