Well. Assuming Hydro pump hits, it will do 51%-60%
depending on if it is timid or not. With lefotver recovery, Scizor can stand two hits.. The third hit kills
If starmie is modest, then it will do 81%-90%, bit scizor will be faster after agility.
Scizor will take 1 hit, but the next turn is guarnteed you will go first. Sound good? :)
