What makes smogon so different? In the end, we're all just regular people, and all of us have our own quirks and insecurities... even if a lot of us are trolls on here. And since it's happening anyway, you might as well come to terms with it...

As for smogon and your actual life intersecting, well, that's pretty much what happens when you friend smogon people on facebook.... sorry to say that.
