According to bulbapedia, Shadow sneak is a lvl move that I just didn't get for some reason, so that'd be aheart scale (But i can do that one so don't worry) and heat wave is a BP not shards move...
Although Shadow sneak is a heart scale, Heat wave is paid for with BP at the frontier area place thingy for 48 BP, Can you still do that? (The BP requires more work, hence the extra credit)
