Okay cool :P. The RNG reporter seed to times only give me times in the range of 03:00:15 with that timid spread, Is there a way I can get a different time with different hours?...I wanted to RNG a Butterfree but cant thanks to that time not being in the day. :(

Is it worth catching a shiny Lugia with these IVs? 30|11|31|29|30|31? I know it isnt that great but I do want a shiny Lugia that says my OT on it :P
Went to bed at 3:30am last night :P, Took over an hour to get to frame 835 (target was 838 but sweet scent), That was my first time using the radio to advance my frame. I havent seen a caught HP Flying Mantine around so decided to catch one :).
