    Erm...I think the floors are messed up on the encounter list...so in a sense, yes, XD. It's what I hear...I got my Weavile there fine, but yeah...general verdict is that in most cases the floors don't correspond to the actual floors...so it's also "not messed up" but it is? Not sure if you understand...doesn't matter...all you can do is find the encounter slot out yourself to be safe :/
