    No need to EV train. You are new so you deserve a welcome, and I usually train my own pokemon nowadays. xD
    For purposes of the new rules implemented, an emulator was used, and a combination of back-up saves and HyperGTS were used to clone it. It's fully redistributable.

    And no problem.
    Have you ever used HyperGTS? My WiFi isn't very cooperative at the moment, and that's pretty much the only way I can trade.
    I got those more for the Body Slam and pretty much said "Hey, might as well put Counter on it."

    Which nature are you interested in? I have bold, modest, and calm.

    And yeah I've made all the Pokemon sprites. Except for a few of the Overview ones. Ninja Kitty and I are doing a project to get them all done in their shiny forms.

    Wi-fi isn't workin' at the moment, I'll have to bypass that if you haven't found another user or xElite himself for another copy of the Togepi.
