    Sorry to bother you, but you incorrectly listed the EVs for your bulky Dragonite. Here are the EVs as I found in the save:
    252 HP/255 SpD/3 Spe
    Also for BadWeather...
    251 Atk/4 Def/255 Spe

    i've not learnt on the smogon guides
    i use an another method,because with the current rng reporter we couldn't use non cgear seed
    and,this abuse is only possible on emulator unfortunately
    lo,it's hard to explain,but at the end do a BP is fast(like 4 minutes)
