I could, but it's a daily pokemon and I don't feel like resetting for the correct daily pokemon. Though, if no one helps me soon, I might have to do it myself. ;_;

No I didn't keep a copy of the egg but I hatched a normal one at the great marsh already =) And sure we can trade normal and shiny =D Could you nickname the Milotic Memory? =) That would be awesome.

Oh cool, I didn't know that trick. I keep my eggs so they are close to hatching, so it wasn't too many steps (didn't see that until after I did it :P). Anyway, Rowan's Lab is not a hatch location; it says Sandgem Town. :( So, go ahead with either Pal Park or Trainer's School.
No, I don't care about date. It's fine if you can't get it in 2010, but try for 2009 or 2011. Remember: the Smeargle has 31 HP. As for hatch location, I have an idea, but I have to see if it shows up as a hatch location (I'll check myself with a clone of an egg now), but in the mean time, let's aim for either Trainer's School or Pal Park
