    I cant I hae no way to get Blastoise to my ROM =( But I can do 0 def for Spinda. Sorry but Blastoise isnt possible either, though when I do get one, you can have it for free (when I get a Squirtle). But yeah, is Spinda good for right now? The IVs will be 31/31/0/x/31/31 good? What nature?
