Aha! That probably explains everything. Whoever created the force egg codes for HGSS was lazy and just set the PID to 1, instead of letting the game creating the PID normall.
Get rid of that code, and it should work. Otherwise, ALL of your eggs are going to come out Lonely.
Also, you're not using AR codes with it, are you?
Try seed 340702CC. It should also have it on egg 1.
