Are you still sure you want a 30 Speed IV? As I thought of a very farfetched situation that what if you were to be against another RD Team and there was an opposing 31 Speed IV Ludicolo? Just some input on it tell me if you still want the 30 Speed IV though and I will =)

I dont think its possible to get a HP Electric 70 with a 30 Speed and not subtract an IV from anything but Attack
