Well sort of.

But I can only do shiny spreads as long as the frames of the seeds are less then 120.

Really? That would be awesome.

And yes, I can RNG abuse SID/ID combo's. I was able to rng abuse some of my own shiny legendaries. Like the shiny entei, shiny raikou, and shiny articuno.
