Hello, I saw in the SQSR thread that you wanted a Careful Registeel with Seismic Toss. I happen to have one with decent IVs (It's not flawless and it's Non-RNG, but I did SR for it), and I'd be willing to trade it to you. While I'm not particularly well-known in the wi-fi forum, I have EV trained for 3 people (check my VMs from Page 5 and back), and they haven't had any issues with the Pokemon I've EV trained. If you're interested, VM me back and I'll send you a PM with the Registeel's details.

I think they are more easy because of the there nos NPCs to mess with the frame advance and their level are normaly high to to easily check their IVs.
I would advise you to try to RNG Cobalion.

There's no real step by step. For Zomg, you just download it and double click the icon. That's all.
For reporter, you right click and click on the extract files then double click the file to open.
