Thanks for this. The ESV is indeed 4. That's what I get for blindly following the calc in this post. It was an edge case where that calc said 5 (value of 70), but the real calc says 4 (value of 69). I'll release a fixed version soon.

yea, it learns it via tm in 4th gen. Hydregion can only learn DP by pokemon that learned it in 4th gen or another Deino that has it I believe. If for whatever reason the Deino doesnt breed it i can remedy the problem tomorrow.
Oh crap. If you are still around i can just transfer you a deino with it to breed. the daycare must have overwritten it without me noticing. Sorry about that.
