The check is online. It is using the website in conjuction with the ir GTS. So instead of creating a .pkm file or something you just upload it to a site that shows you all the information about the pokemon. It should include trainer SID.

I can try to find your FC. I know how to do it I just have never tried it. If you want to give it a shot though I have a few minutes. As for RNG abuse, I can't help with that. I have tried and failed and am still confused.
