As I didnt find a Spread with your requested IV's :(
I have a Spread of 31/3/31/30/31/31 which I really think the 31 Speed is more important then a Flawless Sp.Atk as Speed is the only Stat that is defninant
And I couldnt find a Spread without going into the 2020's+
Also I just hit my Delay lets hope I hit my Frame and then the Dancing Coconut is done ;) -
