with the forums now up (as i keep saying) i have started up the first tourney. despite only having 4 entries i will continue
its vgc10 so you should be going up a fair way
you can ignore the special rayquaza if you want, but 1st and 2nd do receive promotions

To respond to your question, I don't think there will be VGC style tournaments going on for this one.
Hacks that don't go past the legal limits of the game are fine, though.
Actually I don't care at all anymore which ability conkelldurr has, as both abilities help me out.
