Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Crunch, Ice Fang and Earthquake aren't that bad. They're barely enough to make a physical sweeper set, IMO. Modest isn't good for mixed Sharpedo; it takes away from its good Attack. Were you going for this, at least?:

-Dark Pulse
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Ice Beam/Earthquake/Protect
Nature: Mild
EVs: *insert mixed sweeper EVs here*
