yes you said my frame was 30..and my starting 27..but when i put it in the rng reporter it says starting 28..how do we end up in 30?

Like, the Pokémon you're trying to PokéShift hop around between grid-patterned bushes on the top screen. They also sometimes hide in the bushes at the start, meaning you have to hit them in the two seconds or so when they poke their head out of the bush (which requires being able to see them)

I can't PokéShift because, even though I have two DS'es; my DSLite's top screen is completely broken - the wires got severed somehow, so it doesn't show anything on the top screen. This means that if I tried to catch the Pokés, I'd be aiming blindly lol
Actually.. I might be able to do it the other way around (Black on my crappy DSLite, and Platinum on my DSi), but I dunno.

I had to get a Karrablast, since that's how you evolve Karrablast/Shelmet - you have to trade Shelmet for the Karrablast.
And go back in please :P
Also, I can EV for you whenever you'll need it. I EV'ed 6 of Triggz's Pokés in the same day, he added a "Highly Recommended" note next to my successful EV'ing sessions.
