BTW-something I might want to point out for the second UU cutoff thread:
In gen 1, we have 14 OU Pokemon and 151 total Pokemon.
In gen 2, we have 24 OU Pokemon and 251 total Pokemon.
In gen 3, we have 35 OU Pokemon and 386 total Pokemon.
In gen 4, we have 48 OU Pokemon and 493 total Pokemon.
In gen 5, we have 649 total Pokemon.
I informally calculated a potential OU cutoff by multiplying the mean and standard deviation of the ratios of OU mons/total mons in each gen then multiplying by 649. The result I got is that a 61.0659 (or for the sake of rounding 61 Pokemon) Pokemon cutoff, with a standard deviation of 1.9328 Pokemon (or for the sake of rounding 2 Pokemon), would accurately reflect OU in Gen V.
in short: A good OU cutoff would be between 59-63, ideal cutoff being 61.
Might want to bring that up in PR.
