Hey BKC, it looks like a great team. It looks like you worked very hard on it. I do not have much time to do a fullblown rate, so I just have some nitpicks for you.
Try 200HP/56SpA/252Spe on Rotom. It always lives a Starmie's Hydro Pump after rocks, and we all know speed ties are really important.
Also, you could try Stone Edge on Tyranitar to give Zapdos and Dragonite less room to set up.
Hopefully I can post a rate for you later or something, you always rate my teams.. but I just am busy alot of the time.

Not much to change, took like 25 minutes but I got a rate posted. Nice team.
happy 1k, nice team. a bulky water would help with dragonite but there's a problem with replacing jirachi as it is an important piece in checking a lot of shit.
