Yeah it seems that The it isn't the base that is increased 10% but the actual stat. So it makes sense now ^^ Thanks for calcing it

Non boosting speed nature ambipom has base 115 speed. Ok jolly Garchomp has an overall base of 112 So Ambipom at level 50 should have more speed But Garchomp has 2 more speed Why?
