Username is "wargle" on Skype. And the MAC address of whatever system you're using, along with other stuff, determines what frames you'll generate and such.

I dont really know the user but I heard s/he was from here. it japanese but was nicknamed with "squareish" like English letters .-.
It's easier than 4th gen in the fact that you don't have to SR/time precisely for delays. The only thing time-related is the second mark. The harder part is the hard reset (imo) and calculating the values/steps for the egg, making it easier for those who know how to do it because they don't have to rely on luck half the time.
Alright, I read the Egg RNG guide, and it seems more complex but physically easier than C-Gear RNG. Actually, IVs come before shininess, so I can probably help with both. Skype me whenever you want.

Sorry for the incredibly late response; I haven't been on Smogon in forever.
Anyhow, the only RNGing I've done in B/W so far is C-Gear Reshiram (entry-level). I've been doing other stuff in Emerald, like replicating Negator's Latios and stuff. I can read over the standard RNG/Entralink stuff and give you a rough interpretation, but I can't promise that I'll know the answers to everything you ask.
