Hey Mantyke, I saw you post on Pokeman22's profile. About the hacked Zoroark from his giveaway, and how you might see fit to report him to the Wifi blacklist.
In my opinion, I must point out the fact that not every smogon user has ActionReplay to check a Pokémon's legitamacy, or has the knowledge of a free online Pokémon checker; & must rely on the word of the person who trades them a Pokémon.
So in fairness towards the user Pokemon22, it should be verified wether he made the hack himself, or if he was aware of it's illegality.
