protip: When choosing actions, try to do 2 things:
1. Bold the actual moves
2. write a summary at the end

you're allowed to change your post before the ref does his job. I see your best STAB is thunder, but its accuracy is pretty bad. This can be changed by rain dancing, then using HP Fighting to break my sub, then using Thunder. Also, you never said what your Monohm's ability would be.
I hope you realize that signal beam is neutral against Brick and that a STAB move would do more damage, right?
