Yeah, I'm using the Japanese version.

So I've read through the guide a few times now. Since I can't warp without using the English game in. What should I do? As SH says to warp there, save, make a save state, and all that jazz, and make sure that's within 150 million frames. If not restart.
Would I just save in front of Deoxys make a save state than check it's IV's to see what frame I'm on and go from there? Or what?
I checked the frame and it was on like 2,000 something. The spread I am looking for is like near 2 billion. So do I just let it sit and wait now? Or what?

I was thinking maybe using a Gamecube emulator, if there is one? But I haven't really thought about it much, I just want to get the abusing under control first :)

Thanks, I figured out what I was doing wrong, I had cheats disabled *facepalm!* xD!

Also, I have another question. Say I want to get my .sav file's Pokes to get XD tutor moves, is there any way I can? As I can't put my game pack that can take roms and put it in a GBA. Can a DS with the 3rd gen cartridge inserted connect to a GBA with the wireless connector thing connected?

Is he saying, that he saved the game exactly at 10h 00m, and reset so that he can keep track of his frame that way?
