In the B/W Battle thread in Wi-Fi, what exactly do the rules mean by "version exclusives"? It's obviously not referring to using a certain species, so does it mean to keep move combinations in mind, like Wish (Third Gen) + Egg moves on Chansey?

Hey, I have a question.
I was wondering if I would be allowed to trade a Korean Victini? Since there has been no release in Korea for the pass or the wondercard, I wanted to see if I would be allowed. I took the wondercard loaded it into a Japanese game, took the .sav and put it into the Korean game. So it's legit in that sense. Another thing is that the Arceus event that was never released, people hacked the item and abused the Arceus there and have traded it. So I just wanted to make sure I could put the Korean Victini up for trade without getting into a mess of trouble. So would I be allowed to trade it, as long as I make sure to list that it's a hacked wondercard and everything.
