    I have no idea if there's an NPC there. I mostly do eggs. NPCs shouldn't be a problem if you have a frame 1 spread though. Just bring up menu quickly, sweet scent and check near your initial PID frame to see where you landed. That will tell you what your actual starting PID frame is. You could use Victory road too. I'm sure there are no NPCs there.

    Yeah you start on frame 1 so you can sweet scent right away without doing any walking and the IVs will be correct. You might have to advance the PID frame though to get your target. Do that by viewing Chatot's summary after you've recorded a chatter.
    o and btw its still only a meinfoo... but it has all tje moves its gna use (except for high jump kick)
