As far as I know swarms are not RNG'able at this time. I can say for certain that swarms do not take up an encounter slot; I spent two hours testing it one night and saw every single encounter slot even through a swarm. That's about all the info I can give you, though; if you find more, I'd love to hear it because I want to be able to do that as well.

The Low Kick on Cobalion really did make a difference. I would've KO'ed with Flash Cannon. And I would've survived it because I am max defense and you had no STAB.
