Is it possible to RNG abuse the SID in Emerald. I've seen it for RS, but does it work for Emerald as well?

I found out which specials one we have
Mamoswine,Togekiss,Piplup,chicmchar,Squirtle,Bulbasaur,Charmender,Croakgunk,Torchic andTrecko.
We have many other non-specials ones as well as multiples of some of the above ones.
They took much of my friend's money as well as of those who gifted me those things. :P

I saw you successfully RNG abused 2 DW Bulbasaur, can you try RNGing a solar power Modest HP Ice Charmander perhaps? :P
