I found Ken Sugimori's official artwork in the bulbapedia archives. Then, I recolor the UT version if its shiny with photoshop, then make the last form greyscale and lighter than usual, add the pokéball artwork too.
Need anything else? I'm not really looking for pokémon right now because I'm just waiting on pprng to find me a seed for dw vulpix hehe
Example: Doing a Timid Female Vulpix, and Modest Male Vulpix with what I posted would complete the project and get you 3 of 6 credits towards my Jirachi.
