My ground is being more than well held. I stand by what I did. Truly, without "public persuasion", I think that putting at such a high rank in such an early stage of your employment in the SSIS is a little irrational. Of course I have experienced your leadership capabilities (via your rein over TRC), however authoritative success must come with hard work. If you havn't noticed, shadow zoroark used to be the Lt. cmdr. on Serebii, simply because they were the first person 2 join. Even they have been demoted to the rank of Private so really you are lucky.

Battle Star, many of the Agency's members are complaining that this sudden induction into such a high rank is unfair, and frankly, I have to agree with them. I think you need to earn your way up into the higher ranks like everyone else. It would only be fair. As such, I hereby demote you to the rank of Lieutenant. You still hold a pretty powerful position considering. but it is not rediculously powerful yet. I hope you can understand.

Of course, by all means. As a matter of fact, I will creat an addition criteria for receiving merits. For every 5 good people you suggest to me to join the SSIS, you will receive a merit.

5/6 are over lvl 50(the 1 is at level 41 because i started making it like 2 hours ago) but in terms of flawlessness... the IV checker guy says most of my team is "above average" (i dont RNG)

Oh, that was only for the two day "Recruitment Blitz" we had a coupleof days a go. I promised every agent 1 free merit for every person they suggested to me to be recruited. Maxie had a lot of recruits to gve so he received quite a few merits for it. This it how the merit system goes:

If you an Intel/Spec Ops Agent or a scientists you wil receive assignment to complete. Once complete an assignment you will receive merits (Depending on how hard it is.) Usually one merit is given out for each assignment completed. After every six merits, you are invested into a higher rank, as Maxie was. However, if you are a Military Officer, you don't usually receive assignments. Instead, you must be an active member of the group and help to provide security for the group in order to receive merits.
